- Jennifer Blackburn Norwood

We are so lucky to have this yoga practice in Newton. Ashley is a wonderful teacher and her practices are both challenging as well as meditative. ...Oh, and of course HOT which gives an added mental and physical bonus. Anyone can participate from beginners to the most practiced yogi. The studio is neat and clean. Mats, blankets, and equipment are neatly stacked and laundered. The sunlight from the huge windows gives the most tranquil experience. I love my time at HYN!

Why Hot??

Why not?!

Benefits may include an increase in heat rate and metabolism, delivery of new oxygenated blood to the muscles, improvement in muscle tone and flexibility, stress reduction, detoxifies the body, and promotes mindfulness

BUT honestly, nothing beats that post HOT yoga glow!!!
